About

Attract investors with confidence.

The Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS) and Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) are two of the most powerful tax reliefs available for early-stage startups, making your business significantly more attractive to investors.

SEIS & EIS Advanced Assurance gives investors certainty that your business qualifies for these schemes before they commit, increasing your chances of securing funding and making investment decisions easier.

Services

What is SEIS/EIS Advanced Assurance?

Advanced Assurance is an official confirmation from HMRC that your company is eligible for SEIS/EIS tax relief.

If your business qualifies, investors can claim:

Income Tax Relief

Investors can claim 50% income tax relief on investments up to £250,000 (SEIS) or £1m (EIS) per tax year.

Capital Gains Exemption

No Capital Gains Tax on profits from SEIS/EIS shares held for 3+ years. Investors can also defer Capital Gains by investing in EIS shares.

Loss Relief

If an SEIS or EIS investment fails, investors can offset losses against income tax or capital gains tax, reducing downside risk.

Without Advanced Assurance, many investors won’t proceed with funding, as they require certainty before committing.
