What's included in your accounting services packages?
Our packages include essential services like bookkeeping, payroll & pension management, VAT returns, corporation tax filing, statutory accounts preparation, and confirmation statements.
Each package includes payroll and pension services for set number of directos/employees and a set number of monthly bookkeeping transactions as standard.

What bookkeeping software do you work with?
We are a certified Xero partner and recommend Xero to our clients. However, we also work with most popular accounting software.
As part of our onboarding, we offer a free transfer to Xero. For anyone already using Xero or for those looking to transfer, we can provide access to exclusive low-cost Xero-partner subscriptions not available to the general public (see options here).
Please note, software costs are not included in our fixed-price packages.
How do I transition to startup cfo if I already have an accountant?
We offer a free, fully-managed switching service for all new clients.
We manage the entire transition process, from cancelling your services with your existing accountant to transferring all necessary services over to us, ensuring there’s no disruption to your business.

What is the contract length for your services?
We offer flexible, rolling contracts with no long-term commitments. All contracts come with a 3-month notice period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind.
